Implementation of the Scheme

The actual implementation of the Scheme in a State or in part of a State is decided by the State Government in consultation with and approval of the Corporation.
Medical Care is provided by the State Government.
The ESI medical Scheme in the State is headed by Director/Administrative Medical Officer, ESI Scheme.
